Overview
Our Annual Toque Campaign
Each year, our national Toque Campaign sees hundreds of volunteers and supporters sell toques across the country, with proceeds benefiting Partner Agencies working directly with people experiencing homelessness.
Since 1997, the annual Toque Campaign has supported nearly 200 community agencies across Canada, raising more than $8 million to date in support of long-term solutions to homelessness.
You can buy a toque on our site and have it shipped directly to you or buy one in person at one of our partner agencies across the country.
After you buy your toque, remember to post a #rise2020 and #RtRtoque, and don’t forget to tag us @raisingtheroof and @raisingtheroof_cheztoit!
2020-2021
Toque Campaign
The 2020-2021 campaign also supports Raising the Roof’s recent shift in focus to homelessness prevention, an area that we know is an important element in ending homelessness in Canada for good. Toque proceeds benefiting Raising the Roof will support our national prevention initiatives. Our primary message: Buy a toque today to prevent homelessness tomorrow.
